Edible Cupcake Topper
 
Our cupcake topper come as 4cm non cut circles. Each sheet contains 12 toppers.
 
We use premium icing sheets in a printer specifically prepared for food use and edible ink. The icing sheets we stock are Gluten free and nut free (though produced in area where nuts maybe present)
 
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
 
Storage:
Store flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
 
Instructions:
Cut to size with a clean sharp pair of scissors.
Carefully peel topper from backing sheet before applying.
Toppers can be applied using edible glue or icing.
For thicker toppers that will remain firm, apply a thin backing disc of flower paste or chocolate.
 
Icing Sheet Ingredients:
Modified starches (E1422, E1412), maltodextrin, humectant (E422), sugar, water, thickeners (E460i, E414, E415), dextrose, food color (E171), emulsifiers (E435, E471, E491), preservative (E202), flavour, acidity regulator: (E330).
 
Edible Ink Ingredients:
Black: water, humectant (E422), propylene glycol (E490), preservative (E202), food colors (E122-carmoisine, E133, E102-tartrazine), acidity regulator(E330).
Yellow: water, humectant (E422), propylene glycol E490), preservative (E202) food color: E102 (tartrazine), acidity regulator(E330).
Magenta: water, humectant (E422), propylene glycol (E490), preservative (E202), food colours (E122-carmoisine, E124-ponceau), acidity regulator(E330).
Cyan: water, humectant (E422), propylene glycol (E490), preservative (E202), food colors (E133, E124, E102- tartrazine), acidity regulator(E330).
